Editorial inquiries

Send editorial questions, research suggestions, and category coverage requests to editorial@marketprooflab.com. Useful inquiries include context about why a specific market claim or category warrants structured validation, what categories of proof are typically absent from vendor claims in that space, and what decision-makers typically struggle to verify independently.

Market Proof Lab covers claims and categories where the gap between vendor assertion and verifiable proof is material to buyer decisions. Inquiries aligned with that focus receive the fastest responses.

Corrections

Corrections can be sent to corrections@marketprooflab.com or through the evidence submission page. A correction request should include:

Corrections that affect validation conclusions require Class 1, 2, or 3 evidence as defined in our editorial policy. Factual corrections that do not affect validation conclusions may be supported by Class 4 evidence from a credible expert with disclosed credentials. Market Proof Lab will review correction submissions and issue a response within 10 business days. Accepted corrections are applied to the relevant page and reflected in the update date. Declined corrections receive a written explanation.

Evidence submissions

Organizations may submit primary source documentation, compliance certifications, audited data, technical specifications, and other Class 1-5 materials for editorial consideration. Submitting evidence does not guarantee coverage, favorable validation conclusions, or a specific research outcome.

Submitted materials are reviewed against the same proof standards used for all Market Proof Lab research. If submitted materials are incorporated into a published output, their origin will be disclosed in the source notes of that publication. Class 6 and Class 7 materials (vendor self-attestation alone and unverifiable statistics) are noted in source records but are not used as the basis for positive validation conclusions.

Research desk

Research methodology questions, evidence class inquiries, and questions about how Market Proof Lab evaluates specific claim types can be directed to research@marketprooflab.com. The research desk handles questions about proof framework design, evidence sourcing, and the application of our validation methodology to specific categories.

Journalists and analysts writing about proof standards, market validation methodology, or the distinction between vendor assertion and independent evidence may request background information or methodology documentation through the same address.
